
It's about time to get back on track with this diet and exercise. I was doing really well before Vegas, and then things went down hill from there. Today I bought a bunch of veggies and healthy shit at the Farmer's Market. I also forced myself to go to the gym, which was really hard to do. I'm glad I did though. It only takes one visit to get back into the swing. My goal is to lose at least 10 more pounds by the end of July. I'm striving for more, but 10 will be the minimum. Tonight's grilled chicken and calliflower mash filled me up with healthy goodness. Thank you George Foreman...thank you.
