
I have been super lightheaded lately and I've noticed my muscles have been cramping up. I realized that I barely drink anything during the day. Then when I do have a few glasses of something to drink, its alcohol and that's no good. So I have decided to put myself on a water challenge. The average adult needs between 2 and 3 liters of fluid per day. I drink probably 16 oz a day on average, which is pathetic. So starting today I am forcing myself to drink at least 2 liters of water per day. It will probably help with the lightheaded feeling and make me feel full longer as well. Hello H2O!
uh. seriously 2 liters? and not coffee. shoot.
